Is lethal taunting KOS?

If told to AFK freeze, then yes. Lethal taunting is a non-AFK taunt which would then make you unAFK wherever you are. Granted you are not told to AFK freeze, lethal taunting is not KOS. If you kill someone with it ... then you will be KOS unless you're pardoned. If the warden says "No taunting" or "No lethal taunting" , then lethal taunting after the warden says that will mean that you are KOS.
