What happened: Luaka went warden and then open cell doors forcing a free day then started to freekill a bunch of players (0:26). Then the warden said outside cell rebel day and lava day and started to kill people who were inside of cells (3:00). But, as you can see in the kill feed he is getting constant headshots which was a little strange. His profile is also a little baren so possibly a cheater.

Teambanned luakajuaka. As for them possibly cheating, there isn't enough proof to say so, since all the video shows is them getting lots of headshots. Although, I have also banned them for insults they made about someone and their accent (not shown in the video).

Anyway, can you link me the Steam profile of SpyLoveMoney?
