2)I was muted and gaged because I was spaming music in chat. The mute and gag were permanent, reson for this was me being careless about mutes.
3)I made some mistakes and I understand that after those 2 years. I just ask for a second chance and I want to speak again about that situation.

After looking at the bans it seems like you have been perma muted once before then I am guessing it was appealed and then you got muted and gaged again but, this time it was another perma. Right now I am a little skeptical as to why you did it again and why you are appealing this ban almost a year later?

I was perma muted and gaged just once. I appeal right now because I understood I had a gag and mute when I entered the server. I looked at what I wrote and cringed at myself, and now I am writing this
