Resolved [TF2 Jailbreak bug] Engineers can use /wrangler to bypass ammo restrictions

During rounds where you are restricted from picking up ammo, Engineers can use /wrangler to get a wrangler and use their sentry gun. This can be abused on days such as Guard Melee Only round, and Hide and Seek day on RED, since A) the plugin does not account for Metal when removing ammo/weapons on these days, and B) giving yourself a wrangler overrides rounds where your secondary is restricted. Clip attached showing how this can be abused.
