Resolved User abusing VIP resizing to kill people, cleaver glitching

This user was abusing VIP resizing to kill people such as I. They would constantly do it, as Sniper, Pyro, etc. He also cleaver glitches, either from our spawn, or from his. In the dropbox link is a video proving it.
