Declined Weapon Change Idea (TF2C: Custom weapons)

This is an item change idea I made with my older sibling to the Molotov Launcher to make it better to use.
Currently it deals poor damage and has too many downsides for how poor it is. Especially since there are far better weapons, and far worse.

1. Works Identically to Pipe launcher, except for the reload.
2. Remove all downsides except No Airblast (Airblast replaced)
3. 60 damage, Minicrits burning players (81 damage)
4. Full afterburn
5. 1 Second to recharge. Reloads Molotov cocktails.
6. M2 fires all loaded Molotov cocktails in a quick burst.
7. 10 second Burst cooldown (edited)

(not entirely sure but i believe one of the creators can be found here)

We have no influence on the custom weapons plugin, we just use their plugin.
