IT is the Expensive Spy Jacket that I own for me it just looks cool but not the color
if you paint it more light white colors it looks cool

i dont own this because it looks bad for me but this is 3rd "Expensive" Spy Jacket i dont have ideas but I DONT like it

I think that Puffy Provocateur is the best one not just because you can make a lot of meme/not meme cosmetic loadouts with it, it's just plain pretty.

The Smoking Jacket is my personal favorite and works the best with a loadout that I would personally use.
